Question

I need help. I have a problem with the program. 1) After creating a category in the Rewards Plan, there is no longer an option to create new categories, and if I want to delete any of the existing ones, the program does not delete it, there is no “delete” option. 2) In the Career Plan (classification), after creating a category, there is no option to delete it, only to deactivate it. 3. In Member Management, when I try to update some data, the form simply gets stuck and nothing happens. 4. When I send an invitation link and someone signs up, they do not appear in my network of sponsors (downlines). Even if I have not yet signed up for a plan, they should appear in the network with only a “Not Activated” notice and an “Activate/Deactivate” button. This would make control easier.

What is "Reward Plan" and "Career Plan"? does it refer to the payment plan in the Payplan Settings page? what script license do you use?

Hi,

We've checked your license, and it looks like you're using a regular license, not an extended or plus license. The regular license comes with two programs. If you need more programs, you can think about upgrading to the extended or plus license.

Once a payplan or program has been created, you can't remove it because it's already been assigned. But don't worry, you can still update it or disable it if you haven't used it yet.

Regarding the referral link, it will only work for members with the status "active". Otherwise, new referrals might end up under company (no sponsor).
