I need help. I have a problem with the program. 1) After creating a category in the Rewards Plan, there is no longer an option to create new categories, and if I want to delete any of the existing ones, the program does not delete it, there is no “delete” option. 2) In the Career Plan (classification), after creating a category, there is no option to delete it, only to deactivate it. 3. In Member Management, when I try to update some data, the form simply gets stuck and nothing happens. 4. When I send an invitation link and someone signs up, they do not appear in my network of sponsors (downlines). Even if I have not yet signed up for a plan, they should appear in the network with only a “Not Activated” notice and an “Activate/Deactivate” button. This would make control easier.
