The account was not activated after the user made the payment with coinpayments

Question

Please we faced a problem with Coinpayments activation:

After the member pay with coinpayments the user stay in "registered only"

The account was not activated after the user made the payment with coinpayments

we made the test with "Litecoin Testnet = LTCT"

The Merchant ID and the IPN Secret is correct

we recieved the payment to our coinpayments website but the account is not activated in Unimatrix script.

Script Version Version 5.5.0 Plus License

Please we need some clarification Thank you

We've looked over your IPN data and everything looks good. Could you please check and let us know if your IPN URL is accessible? When we tried to access it, we got a "connection refused" error message.

Hello,

You can try accessing your IPN URL directly from tyhe browser. If there's no error message, then it's mostly no issue with it.

If you prefer, we can check it directly on your site, but it might take a while, need some transaction tests, and we'd need access to your server to monitor the logs.
