Internal Server Error

Question

I'm having a problem with 500 Internal Server Error when trying updating any information inside admin.
I'm using dreamhost hosting. I checked also database using utf8mb4_unicode_ci as recommended.

If you encounter an error when updating the form, check for any firewall or server restrictions that may be causing the issue.

Regarding the registered member did not displayed in the list, you can try to use Registered Only filter on the Manage Member page. This will show members who have registered but have not yet signed up for any plan.

I had check the error log, but nothing shown. Also, member list isn't shown anything, but in the dashboard it shows number or registered. When updating general setting and package shows 500 internal server error. I tried to check on the developer tools too. Please assist.
