Multiple plan issue

Question

I have an issue,
My member "A" subscribed SILVER plan then he subscribed GOLD Now "A" have 2 plans. Then he refer "B" and "B" have subscribed SILVER plan now "B" should be shown under "A" silver genealogy but it's showing under "A" Gold genealogy and I have set cross commission but "A" haven't received Referrer Commission he received only level 1 commission.
Please resolve this issue ASAP
