Entered information not being saved.

The profile page does not save the information entered. Like websites, addresses, about me, etc.

Once the Save Changes button clicked, what happens next? Is there any error message displayed?

We have tested it again recently and can confirm that we are unable to reproduce the issue. We can save the details on the profile page without any problem.

When I click the save button, it will save temporarily. It did not confirm it was saved thought. When I log out and log back in, the information was gone. There is also another problem with the email section as well.

Once you've clicked Save Changes, you should see a result message saying whether it was a success or not. If not, try completing the other input field.

We tested it directly on your site and everything looks good with the form. The information is saved after clicking the button, so the script and your server are working properly. It might be a local issue, so try using a different browser.

Using a different browser worked. Thank you so much.

I still have the issue with the SMTP email not working though. Tried everything.

I've had a similar issue before when using SMTP from my hosting. I managed to resolve it by entering the security protocol as someone here suggested. I use tls, so I enter 587,tls in the port number field.
