The auto-generate account placement

Question

Hi..I am the one who take your customization services. I need your help.  The customization you made, the automatic account creation(sub account) not placing at right place. It place at the side line(side hierarchy). Not follow that user main account hierarchy. See screenshot attachment. I have test about 4 to 5 times and test all settings but did not make it correct. All others function are great. Can you help it fixed with this one?
