Can user create another account using his wallet besides of wait for cycling?

As the the title state. Can user create another account using his wallet besides of wait for cycling when his wallet balance enough? Some user do want multiple account.

Hello,

We think you're asking if users can register for membership using their available balance. If so, currently, if the membership is not the same, then it is possible. However, if a user has already registered for a membership, they cannot register again.
