Required functionality

If I buy UniMatrix script, I would use this in European Union.
And I miss following for EU required functions:
- Tax Management for Products and Subscriptions - Opportunity to add diverse % Tax rate for diverse Countries.
- Automaticaly Invoice generation for every purschase of products and/or subscriptions within taxes.
- Coockie Message with link to privacy policy.
- Content and Menu management at the front end page.
- Opportunity to upload files and add vat id by withdraval request.
- Opportunity for create subscription products
- Opportnutiy for create donation/subscription products
After integration described functions I would buy your script.
