My installtion wizard is not working

My installation wizard is not working i have done all the configurations for my server and when i run the following url:
https://sunlitindia.com/install/

the below error is displaying:
The configuration file is not ready, please read the documentation for the installation instructions and click here to start a fresh installation. Thank you.

please help me out

If you look at the message that comes up, you'll see a link that says "click here." Have you tried clicking on that link to continue with the installation?
