Product sales not in the sales history

Question

and Coinpayments does not work automatically

I have now confirmed the Coinpayments payment manually but you can only find the payment in Member (Transaction History) but not in the Sales History and the purchased product is not displayed or confirmed by email in Member.

also in Find My Order of the member who has ordered there is nothing in it only Member (Transaction History)

all products in the store were created with the admin account directly after the installation and not with the 1 user you created.

Coinpayment payments should be processed automatically, but if they're not, please let us know. 1. What happens to the crypto after the payment is received? 2. Can you provide the IP Information from the transaction to check?

Regarding sales history or my order pages, only orders with valid approval (through the payment gateway and processed automatically by the system, or manually approved for offline or manual payment) will be displayed in the sales history.

Please let us know:

1. In your Coinpayments settings, what happens to the crypto after the payment is received. Is it saved in your Coinpayments account or sent to your crypto wallet account? Or something else? The return code might be different for each situation.

2. Can you provide the IPN Information from the transaction to check? It should have the variables and values that get posted to your site after payment is complete. You can check it from your Coinpayments account.
