and Coinpayments does not work automatically

I have now confirmed the Coinpayments payment manually but you can only find the payment in Member (Transaction History) but not in the Sales History and the purchased product is not displayed or confirmed by email in Member.

also in Find My Order of the member who has ordered there is nothing in it only Member (Transaction History)

all products in the store were created with the admin account directly after the installation and not with the 1 user you created.

Should you require further free assistance, you may submit your Admin CP login credentials and FTP access to your server here. Since it is a free service, we do not have schedule or a timeframe for it.

I have sent him the FTP data and the admin login.

It is important that the payment is automatically confirmed after purchase via coinpayments and that after payment the forwarding to a link that I have stored also works.

Furthermore, the order must end up in the order history and also be confirmed by email, which currently does not work with my version.

Since the orders are not confirmed after purchase, the referrals do not receive any commission etc. A payout test via coinpayments is of course not possible either

Thanks for the FTP access and login details.

Go ahead and try making a test transaction by buying an item using Coinpayments. We'll try to figure out what caused the error on your site by checking the IPN variables sent to your site after this payment is complete.

The IPN data is received by your site, but there is a mismatch in the HMAC. Please try to update your IPN secret from the Admin CP and resend the IPN data from your Coinpayments account. If you do not know how to do this, try to make a test transaction again. We will monitor the result. Thank you.

the error happened because there were special characters in the (IPN Secret Key). but the URL redirection should happen directly after the payment and not via an extra icon that you have to click.

here you land on the My Order page and only a small icon refers to the URL redirection

you should be redirected directly to the URL redirection link after Continue.

The system can delivers products in accordance with the settings configured, whether through access to digital content, URL redirection, and/or email message. If none of these methods are utilized, the order can also be processed manually.

If you want to use other methods or processes, customization of the system will be necessary.
