System changes sponsor on it own

Question

I have been having this issues from day 1 after purchasing the script but never got it resolve. My problem is  I am using the unilevel Pay plan so the Referrer and the sponsor are the same person but the system keep changing the sponsor to someone else and paying the commission to that person but the referrer stay on change but it changes the sponsor but the sponsor should remains the same as the referrer so can tell me how to fix this bug

First, if you are using version 5.0.0, then you are currently using an outdated version. It is recommended that you install the latest version.

Second, in normal usage, this issue should not occur. Please check to ensure that your sponsor is active and eligible for new referrals. Also, please check if your new referral has been properly approved by the system.

Ok I see there is the latest is v5.7.0 – 5 February 2025  when i go to my account at codecanyon so how do I download  and install the latest version?

Yes the sponsor is active and eligible for new referrals and the new referral has been properly approved by the system, I even deleted their account and have them re-register and the same thing happens when I approve their payment, the system is also shown a person with the correct referrer and sponsor by they are not showing in the sponsor genealogy
