Side Menu Scroll Problem

Hi,

Sometimes scrolling the side menu isnt working, So it makes me hard to choose some menu that positioned at the bottom or top of the side menu.

I tried to scroll the left side menu, but instead of the side menu is scrolled, but the right side content got scrolled.

Environment: OSX

Just trying with different browser and having same experience.

how to reproduce the issue:

1. Login to admin

2. Go to Manage KYC and scrolled the right side

3. Got to Manage Product and scrolled the right side

4. Edit any product and Cancel (don't submit) and scrolled the right side again many times

5. Scrolled the Left side many times fastly

Environment : OSX Latest on Macbook 4 Pro
