Unable to register a user

To resolve the issue, please attempt to reupload the script to your server again, even though it has previously been installed successfully. Please ensure that all original script files have been uploaded correctly (no need to reinstall).

Try to to test registration again after configuring your program on the Payplan Settings page.

Yes I configured the program plan in payplan settings as per you mentioned. Still not able to get registered .

You can change the program plan details for testing to make it work.
Pls test by registering sample user yourself and let me know.
