Why is level commission crediting wrong amount?

Hello, i am facing a serious issue with this script, i set program structure as 2×2, and set level commission as 2500, 2500; but users are only getting credited 2, and the email notification says 2500. So please what is going on?!

Also i just bought the script from codecanyon, so i suppose it is on the latest version 1.3.2.

1. Where did you see users are getting credited 2? in the admin transaction history?

2. How the member approved or activated?

1. I can see it in admin transaction history and also on the user account itself.

2. Member registers, pay using Bank Transfer, uploads payment proof, then i manual activate from admin.

Try to register 2 or 3 new members and provide us with your Admin CP login details here, we will check it and approve it manually to see the result.

Make sure you are using the latest version and your server meets the script requirements.

We login to your admin cp and check your payplan settings page and noticed the settings are not the same as you mentioned, and also seems your server does not meet all the script requirements.
