about the unilevel bonus

Dear support, im have try to set the unilevel bonus, but only receive 1 bonus on the transaction

How many tiers does your payment plan have? Did you configure the commission list correctly?

Bonuses will be generated under the following conditions: commission must be configured properly for each tier, eligible sponsors/recipients must be available for each tier.

Please review your settings and the structure of your member.
