New Version Notification

Hi,

Everytime I logged out and Logged in into admin, the New Version notification badge is always came up and click the New Version notification then the notification disappear, But If you logged out and logged in again the New Version notification came up again. Even I already on latest version 5.9.2.

As some of files is ioncubed I cannot check whats wrong, might be your version checking is broken?

The new version notification can be accessed on the Maintenance page of the Admin CP, or directly on the Change Log page.
