can not access Member and Admin Area [closed]

Question

My web hosting was suspended for a 2 weeks after activating it again I am unable to access the admin and member login page. I am getting this message:  server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

Additionally, a 503 Service Unavailable error was encountered while trying to use an Error Document to handle the request.

How do i fix it

Please ensure that your server meets the script requirements.

Also, according to the error message: server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. You can contact your hosting provider about it.

I contact my hosting and their check but so their say i need to contact the script developer

We have checked the site, and it is functioning properly. However, the root directory at cryptowealthbuilders.club/member/login.php may need to be reviewed by your developer. My backend team has confirmed that the website is working fine and is now loading with SSL.

I am using PHP version 8.1
