5.9.2 to 5.9.3 upgradE?

Hi,
I was running on 5.9.2 and download the new 5.9.3 and follow the upgrade instruction like in the documentation.

But seem still showing 5.9.2 upgrade is available? Please take alook the screeshot https://freeimage.host/i/Kbp3HIR

This is a version information and it will not impact the system. No changes have been made to the database.

What do you mean manual upgrade? as the upgrade following as said in documentation.

When I can get the details and adjustment? Since the update parts is ioncubed, I cannot check anything from my end.

would this issue affecting the software works? like if there should be a database changes in the new version but since the software still detected as old version the software wont work as should be??

to be honest this issue makes its own concern mentally
