Not getting the commission after 1st level we want the commission upto 5 levels

Referal to second level is not passing, means only the guy who added getting the commission.

The commission will be generated according to the payplan settings or plan attached to the member account.

For example, if there are sponsors on the 2nd level onwards and the commission also defined in the payplan settings, the system will also generate the commission for those sponsors. Please read the documentation for examples.
