How to reset database from test members? [closed]

How can i reset the earnings and members to 0 after testing with dummy accounts?

My plan is unilevel and with 1 level depth. but for some reason personal referral commission and level commission are not being updated despite recruiting multiple members.

You can reset or purge your test members (while keeping the system settings as-is) from the Maintenance page by clicking the Purge Test Records button. Make sure you are in the Debug Mode to do this.

Regarding commissions are not generated, please check the commission value in the payplan settings and make sure it's correct, and also members should be approved or activated automatically by the system after payment received or manually approved by admin from the member details page.

Thanks for answering but will that fix the problem where personal referral and level commission aren't being generated? I'm hoping it does.

I have purged it but the earnings are not getting updated. At this point I'm getting frustrated as it has been almost a month and I still haven't managed to launch it and you guys are clearly ignoring my messages and question. What is going on?
