Can't update Plan picture after setting a picture once & site icon still showing as unimatrix

Question

I used a random image as plan image, now I can't update that image. Purging data didn't help either.

& another issue is even after updating site icon/logo the favicon still shows unimatrix icon.

Incase anyone in wondering how to do that:

1. Login to cpanel
2. go to File manager
3. Go to installation directory/assets/image
4. replace the favicon.jpg and favicon.ico with your favicon
5. The cache will keep loading the old favicon
6. so right click your tab and click on reload

That should load your new favicon instantly.

Plan image update fixed. It was due to cache but the favicon still remains as unimatrix. Which i feel it not supposed to be?

The image issue commonly caused by browser caches. Regarding favicon, you need to upload and replace the file manually on your server.
