Can anyone suggest which best payplan can be suitable for this script with better user benefit and admin benefits??????

The popular payplans may change from time to time, but in the recent week, the most asked payplans are forced matrix 2x3 and 1-Up.

You can use UniMatrix script for the forced matrix plan and XPassUp script for the 1-Up plan.
