When you update the withdraw status to Verified, the withdrawal status in the User CP will also be changed to Verified, and it also applies when you change the status to Processing, where this option will allow members to make a withdrawal again.
If you have been manually completed the disbursement (for the member withdrawal request), you need to update the status to Processing.
