Referral not showing after adding referral

I registered a new user from referral link, but that user is not showing in referals. I also tried to add referral from member referral section but still it is not showing. Am I missing something?

Try to do the same process using the online demo, if you can not reproduce a similar issue then something wrong with your installation.

You can check your server requirements, installation and site settings, sponsor/member account status. Also, make sure your script settings allow a member refer others.
