I CANT LOGIN IN AS AN ADMIN - HELP ASAP

Question

I can no longer login as an admin after the 1.4.0 update. Please help i used the link [mysite] /admin/licupdate.php?key= [my_purchase_code] but it didnt work. Some of the members accounts are affected with this.

i also tried to reset my password but still doest work after succesful changing the password. The email works the problem is with the script. Getting complaints please FIX this ASAP

Upgraded from version 1.3 to 1.3.3 and it had this error but password reset fixed it. v1.4.0 doesnt fix this issue with password reset now.

The same problem is happening to me too and I can't get someone to help me solve it, so I tried to install from scratch when I saw that I had no help and the surprise is that access to the administrator panel does not work, I also changed the password of administrator several times with the reset mail, but it does not work either.

Apparently it is an error that they still do not know because the developers believe that everything is fine

Thanks for waiting and provide the issue details.

We have been trying to reproduce the issue by updating our test installation to this latest version, as well as, do a fresh installation, but can not find a similar issue. We can log in to the Admin CP without a problem. We use the same server with the same settings, also please check and make sure to use the Admin login page when login to the Admin CP.
