I not cant login admin panel after Install the code [closed]

Question

I had problems updating so I was forced to install from 0 but when I try to enter the administration panel the password does not work, I request an email to reset the password but the new password does not work either!!

This issue generally occurs when username and password entered incorrectly, or entered in the incorrect login form. For example, admin can not login using the member login form.

In the next update, we have a plan to add additional information in the login form to make it clear what login form is currently used.
