Where I can chance the Text-Phrases and the Currency?

And no Emails where sendet after a offer from Buyer (even if the price is larger than minimum offer)

From the administrator area, go to the configuration area, and you can write the text-phrases in your native language.

Regarding email, please check if your server support PHPMail, the script uses it as the mail transfer agent.
