Can I add a binary system in this script

The plan system we have still can't be implemented in this script, so can we add a system according to our rules?

You can configure the payplan according to the available features and options in the script, for example for a binary structure you can limit the level width to 2. For some custom or unique features (e.g. binary pairing bonus, binary matching bonus, etc), customization will be required.
