The Genealogy is not displaying on both admin and user dashboard and the pay plan is disabled and can't be enable

Please kindly assist as I am in a fix, the genealogy is not displaying on both the admin dashboard and the user dashbaord and also the payplan setting is disabled and can't be enabled. I need your kind intervention.

You need to complete the payplan settings before enabling it, like define the name, description, registration fee, etc.
