The Messages Section and Member Genealogy.

Question

On my script the message section for the admin is not showing so i cannot get messages from users should in case they need support.

On user side the message doesn't store so it can be accessed. Is there a way this should be turned on or i am missing some core files?

Also,

The member tree is not displaying all the legs on the tree appropraitely, some of the legs are missing

For example i invite 3 and my 3 invites their three

The tree is supposed to show

But the tree would be displaying

in no particular order

and when you check the referral list the correct amount of people on referrals is showing well that is 13 but the tree would be displaying less

The messages sent through email, so the recipients (admin/members) will get the notification directly on their mailboxes.

Regarding genealogy and referrals, you need to provide screenshots or give access to the back office to check.
