How to fix after creating a user, when user create a user, no display at all

How to fix this error, after the client manually create or encode someone , the view is stuck, see here

We test it recently and can not reproduce the issue.

Try to keep using default email settings, if you are using SMTP make sure the settings are correct and it's working.

Please also make sure the login session is active and the script has been uploaded and installed correctly.

I had this issue currently and I discovered that it was the SMTP that had issues. Disable the use of SMTP in Admin Panel and see what happens afterwards. Meanwhile, the source code author has to look into this issue.

i have the same issue. when SMTP enable, it will show white screen, and the email not send at all. The author must look this issue, since SMTP very important to send new password for user that forgot their password

In the next release, we plan to add an email sending test to verify if the email settings (both PHP Mail and SMTP settings) have been set up properly on the Admin CP.
