Member Rank ID Does Not Update

Question

1. Under _mbrplans table in database, mprankid column does not populate. It should get populated as users advance to the next level in the MLM genealogy. How can I fix this ASAP please?

2. Please can the Support Team enable account confirmation/verification emails after registration before member can login to account? This is to ensure that valid emails are being signed up with.

1. This field is planed used for something else, as well as, some other fields in the database that not used yet.

2. A such feature is not available, if you want to reduce or deter the bot registration, perhaps you can consider using the ReCaptcha feature.

You did not get the question correctly. I meant users getting an activation link via email after signing up. User won't be able to login without activating his/her account through the activation link in the email.
