Matrix Plan Not Working Till End

Question

i have set the plan 6 width and 9 depth but after 30 referrals using same id it is moving to individual members not adding to the referrer any more all new joining using that link are being individual genealogy.

What referral link do you use to refer new referrals?

Im using mydomain/id/vsgupta

For new registration but the new user is not getting under the vsgupta's underline genealogy instead of it , its generating new genealogy from the new individual name.

We have been checked the referral URL and seems no problem with it.

Did you have been tried it again to register new users recently using the correct referral link?

Obviously its a fake one the original is https://business.publicnewstv.in/id/vsgupta and than if you will register than you will be an individual id even you used vsgupta as referral , sir kindly be serious and help me get over this as its already a 5 days delay in your support

And kinldy provide any other way to connect faster as it is already too much delay in getting solution and through this questioning and getting answer once in two days will cause more delay in my work and that's not good professionally sir.

Sir everything is looking good but after singing up the new account is not going under vsgupta's genealogy its creating individual genealogy and getting assigned to administrator now after 30 joinings under vsgupta it started behaving like this even if i settled the limit to 6 width and 9 depth how can it stop on 30 referrals under a single referrer ..

And yes i have tried several times with correct referral link and even it is showing correct referrer in user profile but after a counting of 30 users under vsgupta its not getting administrator as sponsor and not generating genealogy as before under vsgupta's legs and i haven't set any limit to personal referrals .and i just want to complete whole matrix plan under one user till 9th level depth

Yes i know it very well sir I'm not blaming you for anything it's just my request sir and i appreciate what you are doing for me but it's a simple bug and I'm saying this because I'm feeling that through this method may be I'm getting failed to make you understand that what problem I'm exactly facing so I'm requesting any other way to connect so that i can show you weather through anydesk or anything so that i can make you understand what issue I'm getting exactly .. hope you can understand my concern sir as you are more professional than me.
