Matrix Plan Not Working Till End

i have set the plan 6 width and 9 depth but after 30 referrals using same id it is moving to individual members not adding to the referrer any more all new joining using that link are being individual genealogy.

There is no limitation in the user registration, so the referral will continue to works unless the settings said otherwise.

Did you have been trying to start over the user registration? you can use the purge feature to reset your database and start registering the test members again. Make sure during testing you didn't change the payplan settings since it will be embedded in the member profile.

Currently i manually added the genealogy from database kindly reset and check once sir i provided the credentials to you in private I'll also check on another subdomain.
