Do Expired Active members earn from Sponsoring or Spillovers [closed]

Question

I set up 3x7 matrix, spillovers, monthly payment.
If Active Member expires because on non payment. Does the Member still Earn
either Referral or Spillover from payments of existing downline or new members.

Yes, they still earn commission.

Note: when a member makes a withdrawal request, you can decide to process it or not according to their status (active or inactive/expire).
