Member Genealogy not stabile sometimes show sometimes dont show

and we see if it goes into the genealogy or not, please help hence if this settle we will proceed with the system request.

Try to upgrade your installation and use the latest version, and update this post if the issue remains exist. Also read our answer previously for your similar question.
