Why payment deduct from admin account when cancel withdrawal request.

Question

1. When i cancel or delete member withdrawal request money will be deducted from my admin account. Please tell the reason. 
2. If i accept and paid to member. How can i change withdrawal status to paid. It's only shows processing.
3. Withdrawal fee not working correctly.

Answer 1

1. When a member makes a withdrawal request, the system deducts the amount from their ewallet, so if the withdrawal is canceled or removed, the system will reverse the amount to the member ewallet.

2. The status Processing here represents "paid" with the purpose admin has been processed the request.

3. We will check it, and if it's a bug, we will try to fix it in the next updates.
