having issues in enabling payplan. how I can enable payplan

how I can enable payplan when IAM going to enable from admin panel from but from there IAM not able to activate the plan what the hell is going on you're always giving me a lollypop of documentation IAM not aware of computers don't tell me about documentation.just tell me process here how I can enable it I have installed the script now it's running but payplan is not active so tell me how I can activate it give me full details not the lollypop IAM not asking you questions for free I have paid you 60$ so now give me full details.

To enable the payplan, according to your message:

Ok, login to your Admin CP, go to the Payplan Settings page, complete all the necessary input fields, and do not forget to select Enable for the Program Status option before clicking the Save Changes button.
