Few issues in script

Hi Team,

1. We tried every combination with the help of hosting service provider but SMTP is not working, we tried the testing option but it is always showing error.

We tried with the test script and SMTP is working fine there but it seems to be some issue with the script here.

2. For the digital content, we uploaded an image in admin, but on the user level, we are not able to download the image, it changes the format and corrupts the file.

3. Cant display images in the get started section

1. What error displayed? please provide the screenshot.

2. Digital content used to display the content on the page. If you want to allow members to download the file, use a Digital product instead. It's recommended to use archive file format (e.g. zip, rar) for the downloadable file.

3. How do you embed the image file? using hotlink or upload the image to the server?

The SMTP error message indicates the connection is failed, either from the host, username, password, port, or combination of it.

Regarding image, it's not normal script behavior. You should be able to embed the images easily.

Try to check the error log in your server and see if there are any error messages logged.

Or you can inform your Admin CP, and we will check it directly on your site.
