Referral Link giving Error 500

Hello Support,

I get Error 500 from referral link.

I read through the solution given for this "

" and tried it out but error persist.

How do I get resolution for my issue please?
Sample referral link: https://mm.p-cha.org/id/nana for a user registered on the platform.

Please make sure your server meets the script requirements, the all files uploaded and the script installed correctly.

There is an error when we try to access https://mm.p-cha.org/id/ that indicates the server is not compatible or the script is not uploaded and/or installed properly. Please check it again.
