1) In the notification list, I have disabled all emails generated from script. Especially, the welcome message, after a new member is added. Still, the script does not respect this option and sends email, even though i have disabled it.
2) The emails generated do not support UTF8 characters. I can provide you with examples to check. For example, I have added in Cyrillic many different names and the "Hello [[firstname]]," the firstname was delivered with gibberish. Both in subject and in body of email. I have tested this with many difrerent utf8 chars and the result is always the same. Note: Data in mysql are stored in utf8 and i can see all cyrillic and latin letters i used.
