How to prevent sponsor from having more downlines than the set payplan structure.

Question

I run a 3x4 matrix but the script allows referrers to have more than 3 downlines as long as there are non-payed downlines. E.g 5 downlines can be registered to a single referrer because they haven't made payment.

When they make payment later, the script doesn't move the excess 2 as spillover. How do I prevent this? I'm on version 2.2.0

PS: Maximum referral is already set to 3.

Yes, that's how the system works, and currently no option to move the downlines or restructure the member automatically. We will keep monitoring what options for this condition are mostly demanded by users and see the better option to implement in the future version.

If you want to move the member position, you can try to manually move them from Admin CP, edit member features.

Regarding the maximum referral option, it's used for a newly registered account and does not affect the account that is been registered.
