If there are sponsors, then they will be credited, as long as, the renewal is processed correctly. The option for renewal interval is available in the Admin CP settings, please check it.
Regarding Extended license, there are some benefits when using this license, e.g. freedom to use the script for commercial usage (according to the codecanyon license terms, allowed to accept paid members), removing or hiding the branding text (UniMatrix & MLMScript.net) at the bottom of the page, enabling sub-admin account, enable auto-backup database, and we may add new features in the future version for this license.
