How can I change my domain name (website name) without affecting the custom script (codes) that I ordered from you?

Hello,

There are two methods that you can choose depending on the files or installation located.

Change the domain name only - the location of the file remains the same:

• Log in to the Admin CP and change the installation URL.
• If the installation path also changed, open and edit the common/config.php file and edit the INSTALL_PATH value.

Change the domain name, as well as, the installation location:

• Important! Back up your files and database from the old server.
• Restore the files and database to the new server.
• Open and edit the common/config.php file and edit the INSTALL_PATH value. If the database credentials are not the same, remove this file and reinstall the script again (using the existing installation files, if the installation folder no longer exists, upload this folder only, and after it is done, restore your database from the backup).
• Change the installation URL, from the Admin CP or directly from the database (e.g. using PHPMyAdmin from your hosting CPanel).
