Bought software and license doesn't work

Question

We're trying to test your product on a testing environment. So far the sandbox sits as localhost so no Domain has been associated.

However, as I am running the install script, during the Settings step 3, I am receiving a message "Cannot verify the code, make sure your server meets the requirements, please try again or contact us for assistance".

Are you able to let me know what the issue is?

Hello there,

The system not build to run locally. When the message said "...make sure your server meets the requirements" it's mean you need to check and make sure before installing the script you meets the requirements. You can check the requirements in the Item Details page, it said "Domain name and website with PHP 7... on Apache, MySQL... and so on".
