Genealogy Gone Wrong

Hi,

I set the Matrix Structure to 10x10 and use 1 member referral URL to invite users to register but I don't understand why some of the direct referrals are lined up in 1 line. Check the link

What happens with the genealogy view when you click the Enhance button? it's to display the member genealogy by filtering their status.

I don't understand what you mean - click the Enhance button? Where can I find the Enhance Button? How to filter their status?. Please show me some screenshots or photos.

The problem is all the direct referrals are lined up straight in 1 line though I set the structure to 10x10. You can see that on the link above.

Please help me solve this issue asap.

The Enhanced button is displayed on the Genealogy page. If you are using the previous version, the button name may be different.

The referrals will be placed in the member structure or genealogy according to their status (active/paid or unpaid). For example, if the status is active or paid, the system will build the genealogy directly according to the payplan settings, otherwise, if the status is inactive, as default, their position will be placed directly under their referrer or sponsor and will be restructured (i.e. spillover or not) according to the payplan settings when their account is active.
