Custom programming having problem

Question

My custom programming is not showing "the beneficiary"(sponsor) after manually activating the users just the new users are getting their sponsors showing on their CP, is there anyway to fix this? This happened because i had to manually activate users that where moved from an old system to this new one.

Also, idk why I have the 2.4 version since the 3 was already out when I requested the custom programming.

Hello,

The beneficiary will be available when the sponsor and the payment amount for them are exist or available.

Regarding the version, we working on your customization request previously when the latest version is 2.4 whereas version 3.0 was available this month. For your information, we keep maintaining and updating the script, so the new versions will come from time to time.
