Error 400 totally stuck with adding members and paypan setting

can add member but shows member only, cant attach the member with referel. tried to reset payplan setting but cant save, enable or disable it.

According to the errors, the database/tables are not set up properly. Try to reproduce the issue and compare the result by using the online demo, and if the issue is on your site only, you can try to fix it by re-install the system.
