Question

hello Admin, i want to know something how to display only all my direct referrals, i don't want to display invites of my invites in my referrals list. Also the counter of my referrals i want only to count my direct , since the invites of my invites merge or combined to my direct referral counts. please help.

Genealogy not all referred appeared. The admin has more than 3 invites but display only 3. How to fix this?

You can filter to display the referrals, personal referral only or all referral using the drop down menu. See the attached screenshot below for example.

Matrix complete reward feature will work only when you use matrix plan in the system.

Regarding email not sending, please check the troubleshooting here.
